Summer is almost here, and that can only mean one thing…. Swimsuit Season.
Does that send a shiver down your spine? Do you roll your eyes, and think, “Oh great.”
Or, are you like, “Oh heck yeah. Cannonball season at the pool.”
Well, we’re here to get you excited about buying that new swimsuit with our Swimsuit Sexy in 4 Weeks Challenge starting May 21st.
And this year it’s even bigger and better than last year. We’re going to kick the challenge off by having Dr. Katie from Dr. Katie’s Kitchen in Godfrey give a nutrition seminar about to eat to move, look and feel better at Ageless in Gillespie on May 16th at 6pm.
Challenge Details
- Who: All members of Ageless who have a MyZone belt. If you don’t have a MyZone belt but would like to rent or purchase one, please let us know as soon as possible.
- When: Starts Monday, May 21st and runs through Sunday, June 17th (4 Weeks)
- Where: Ageless in Gillespie and Staunton
- Rules: This challenge is an individual challenge. Because we firmly believe in process-based goals and everyone tends to be busy this time of the year, this challenge is pretty straightforward – 16 workouts (or as MyZone calls them Moves) in 4 weeks. We only have two rules. 1) Only one workout per day. 2) The workout must last at least 30 minutes.
- Cost: Free for members
- Prizes: Everyone that completes 16 or more workouts in the 4 week period will be added to a drawing for a $100 gift certificate for Nike. One winner from each gym.
