Do I have to burn 500 calories every single day?
No. You just have to hit 15,000 calories by the time the contest ends. 500 calories daily was simply a suggestion. All we will look at when the contest ends is if you hit 15,000 or more calories.
What are these nutrition challenges and “secret missions” you speak of?
They are just a few fun, little challenges we’re sprinkling throughout the contest to keep things interesting. A few extra carrots of motivation if you will.
Each week we’ll throw out a nutrition challenge to you. They are just small doses of healthy habits we’re hoping to make stick because we all know nutrition is just as important as exercise when it comes to weight loss and health.
The “secret missions” are random, fun challenges we’ll announce throughout the contest. If you complete the mission, you’ll be entered into a drawing for a prize. Simply think of them as mile markers on your journey so you know you’re on the right path.
