The Gauntlet

Barbell Complex

  • Bent-over row
  • RDL
  • Standing Press
  • Back Squat

10 reps, followed by 8 reps, followed by 6 reps

The Ring of Fire

30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, 3 rounds

1. Log Clean

2. Dumbbell Renegade Row

3. Stir the pot

4. Med Ball Slams

5. Heavy Bag Carries

6. TRX Body Saws

7. Burpees to Chins

8. L-Sits

9. Med Ball Wall Toss

10.  Farmer’s Walks

11. Battling Ropes Together

12. Battling Ropes Alternating

The exercises are alternated between upper body, lower body, and core training. That should give us around 60-90 seconds of rest between body parts so we keep the intensity relatively high. It shouldn’t take longer than 45 minutes.
