It’s no secret that Glokick is our most popular class. During the busy months, it’s not uncommon to have 50-60 members show up. Why? It’s fun. It’s entertaining. And most importantly, it’s a great way to burn ” a whole lotta” calories. If you don’t think exercise can be fun, you haven’t tried GloKick. It’s Zumba on Red Bull.
GloKick for Kids Starts at Ageless Squared
Due to the success of Glokick for adults, Corrie and Meredith have decided to offer a GloKick for kids at Ageless Squared. They actually have already had a few test runs on a group of girl scouts, and they loved it. You can expect the same high energy class filled with dance moves, punches, and squats. Even if your child doesn’t like dancing, she will still enjoy this class. It’s all about having a good time, and burning a few calories in the process.
Although, initially this class will just be at Ageless Squared in Staunton, members from Ageless in Gillespie are more than welcome to attend. The class will be on Monday evenings from 5:45-6:15 for children in the 3rd-6th grade. Cost is $10 per month or $2.50 per class.
