They say distance makes the heart grow fonder…. They were right.

Luckily, that’s about to change.

On June 1st, Ageless in Gillespie and Staunton will be reopening their doors… with a few changes.

Before we detail those changes, we first need to address a few questions you probably have.

Your payments

If you purchased a single month membership in February/March and were not able to use the entire 30 days of your membership, the days that we owe you will be added to June. Your “owed” membership will begin June 1st. So, if you purchased a membership on March 13th and our closure began on March 21st, you only used 8 days of your membership so you’ll have 22 days remaining. Thus, your “owed” membership will begin on June 1st and end on June 22nd.

If you are a member on a multi-month contract and were not able to use the entire 30 days of your membership, the days we owe you will be added to June. Your “owed” membership will begin June 1st. So, just like in the above example, if your contract is on March 13th and our closure began on March 21st, you only used 8 days of your membership so you’ll have 22 days remaining. Thus, your “owed” membership will begin on June 1st and renewed on June 22nd.

If you are a member on a multi-month contract and your contract was pulled on the 22nd-31st, because you have no days “owed,” your membership will resume on June 1st, and your new contract date will be on the 1st.

Membership Freezes

If you are uncomfortable with coming back to the gym because of concerns for your health, please call us or message us as soon as possible so we can continue to freeze your membership until either you are ready to return to the gym or the Governor has moved us to phase 4 and we are back to our normal services and hours.

All active memberships in February/March will be restarted June 1st unless we hear from you BEFORE June 1st.

New COVID Policies, Procedures, and Extended Staffed Hours

Because the gyms are under different ownership and operate with a few differences, each gym will have its own policies, procedures, and new, extended staffed hours while we’re in phase 3 of the shutdown.
