The first 2 weeks of basketball practice are always tough.
You’re out of shape, sore, a little slow, your shot just isn’t where it should be, and your handles are loose. You’re rusty. It was a long offseason. Unfortunately, those first 2 weeks are critical if you’re trying to break the starting lineup. And if you’re trying to win a championship this season, you don’t have time “get back in shape.”
And that’s where we come in.
4th Quarter Training is back… For a limited time.
Starting this Wednesday, September 19th, we’re offering small group basketball skills training. Over the course of an hour, we’ll work on conditioning, ball handling, and shooting. We’ll perfect the crossover, work the kinks out of a rusty shot, and perform some small-sided games to simulate the conditioning needed for a 4 quarter game. Groups will be limited to just 6 participants so each player gets as many reps as possible.
