Bad Man Training – The Day of the Deadlift

There’s a storm brewing, and it has nothing to do with the weather. If you hear thunder, that’s just the rumble from the gauntlet.

Since I missed last Wednesday, it’s only fair we do something similar this Wednesday.

The Gauntlet

Groups of 4

  1. Deadlift -5 reps
  2. Overhead Kettlebell Reverse Lunge – 10-12 reps
  3. Weighted Situp – 20 reps
  4. Jump Rope – 30 seconds

As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes

We’re using these type of WoDs to build up our deadlift for the next challenge. The last week of each month we’ll perform the 1500 rep challenge like we did on the first Wednesday.

Groups of 4

  1. Floor Press 5 reps
  2. Pushups – 12-15 reps
  3. Planks – 3o seconds
  4. Battling Ropes – 30 seconds

As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes
