Bad Man Training – Day of the Deadlift

Let the fun begin… This is as close to a WoD as we are going to get.

The setup is a little different for this class. Instead of having a gauntlet in the center with deadlifts, and the ring of fire circling it, we will be in groups of 4.

Each group of 4 will perform the following 4 exercises in succession:

  1. 185lb deadlift – 15 reps
  2. Pushups – 15 reps
  3. Box Jumps – 30 reps
  4. Seated Plate Situps – 15 reps

We’ll put 45 minutes on the clock and see how many rounds we can complete.
