  1. My upper body is so swole right now I’m going to need help getting my t-shirt off tonight.
  2. Before class I didn’t know I had abs…. Now I can feel all 8.
  3. I hate deadlifts.

Gauntlet

Deadlifts: 185lbs for guys, 115lbs for girls

*We’re gradually going to increase to 225lbs. Our goal is still 1500 in 60 minutes.

Ring of Fire

  1. Single Kettlebell Iso Hold Crunches
  2. Pushups: Iso Holds 2″ from ground*
  3. Ab Wheel Rollout
  4. Dumbbell Curls: Dumbbell Iso Holds*
  5. 1-Arm Farmer’s Walks
  6. Single Arm Tricep Band Punch: Diamond Pushup Iso Hold at top*
  7. TRX Body Saws
  8. Band Skier Rows: Iso Hold Chinup at top
  9. TRX Reverse Crunches
  10. Band Overhead Press: Lateral Raise Iso Hold

*All upper body exercises are actually two exercises. The first exercise will be performed for 30 seconds, followed by a 10 second rest, and then a 20 second iso-hold. Core exercises are done 30 seconds on:30seconds off.
