  1. stir the pot – exercise ball plank
  2. weighted side plank – left side
  3. weighted side plank – right side
  4. battling rope – alternating
  5. high plank side walk
  6. static band press out
  7. med ball twist with bounce
  8. barbell roll outs
  9. plank band row – left hand
  10. plank band row – right hand

Legs Circuit

40 sounds on, 30 seconds off, 2 rounds

  1. offset dumbbell split squat – left side
  2. offset dumbbell split squat – right side
  3. kb deadlift
  4. hip lift with march
  5. side to side line jump
  6. reverse plate slide lunge – left leg
  7. reverse plate slide lunge – right leg
  8. wall sit with 10# plate
  9. agility ladder 1
  10. agility ladder 2
