100 pushups
10 Deadlifts at body weight + 50lbs for men and 20lbs for women
50 push ups + 25lbs for men
5 Deadlifts at body weight + 100lbs for men and 50lbs for women
25 Push ups + 45lbs for men
1 Mile Run
