Let’s put your body through the kind of work it needs to get your metabolism running higher so you burn more fat.  It isn’t complicated.  We just need to do short work intervals at all out 100% effort.  

 

 Rounds (30 second rest periods):

  • 15 seconds
  • 20 seconds
  • 25 seconds
  • 30 seconds
  • 35 seconds
  • 40 seconds
  • 35 seconds
  • 30 seconds
  • 25 seconds
  • 20 seconds
  • 15 seconds

Exercises:

  1. in and out body weight squat
  2. plyo push up
  3. agility ladders
  4. low hurdle hops
  5. plate slide mountain climbers
  6. weighted jax
  7. weighted upper cuts with twist
  8. burpee jax
