It’s simple.
Without a purpose, you’re simply a hamster spinning on a wheel, passing time without going anywhere or accomplishing anything. Stuck. Moving but not really advancing. Full of frustration and void of any excitement or passion. Surviving, not thriving.
How boring. How depressing.
You definitely don’t want to be a hamster, do you?
Neither do we.
So, to avoid the spinning wheel, we’ve incorporated badges into our gym’s ecosystem. They’re designed to put a purpose and some fun in your training.
Who doesn’t love a good game?
And best of all, anyone can accomplish them. Of course, that’s anyone with the right attitude, a little persistence, and a lot of consistency.
Each badge is tied to a particular skill like endurance or strength. No matter your interest, your weakness, or your ability, there is a badge you can earn.
Earn a badge, get a reward– everything from an Ageless water bottle to an Ageless t-shirts. You can earn as many badges as you want in 2018.
The Badges
Badges are earned on an annual basis. Thus all badges earned in 2019 are wiped clean from the record board.
Badge #1 The Roadrunner Challenge
The endurance badge. Complete 4 of the races below in 2020 and receive a free limited edition t-shirt.
- The Black Diamond Days 5k
- The Ageless Firecracker 5k
- The Big Dawg Dare
- The GHS sponsored 5k
- The Grow Gillespie Labor Day 5k
- One half or full marathon anywhere in the U.S.
- One 5k or 10k anywhere in the U.S.
- One obstacle race anywhere in the U.S.
All you have to do is take a picture after the race, upload it to Facebook or Instagram, tag Ageless Gillespie or Staunton, and hashtag it with #AgelessRRChallenge.
Badge # 2 The MyZone Infuego Badge
The metabolic badge. Earn a badge once you hit the following total calorie levels:
- Gold Level 175,000 calories – Free Ageless Hoody
- Silver Level 125,000 calories – Free Ageless long sleeve t-shirt
- Bronze Level 100,000 calories – Free Ageless t-shirt
Badge #3 The Challenger Badge
The finisher badge. Earn a free t-shirt by completing all 4 of our challenges, 1 each quarter.

- Skinny Jeans Challenge
- Indoor Triathlon Challenge
Badge #4 The Feat of Strength Badge
The strength badge. Earn a free badge by exceeding the following weight in the deadlift (any style) and bench press (combined total weight).
Men
- Hulk Level 1000lbs – We name a squat rack after you
- Gold 800lbs – Free Ageless Hoody
- Silver Level 700lbs – Free Ageless long sleeve shirt
- Bronze Level 600lbs – Free Ageless t-shirt
Women
- Hulk Level 500lbs – We name a squat rack after you.
- Gold Level 400lbs – Free Ageless Hoody
- Silver Level -350lbs – Free Ageless Long Sleeve T-shirt
- Bronze Level 300lbs – Free Ageless t-shirt
An Ageless team member must be present during the lift. All bench attempts must use a spotter. Both maxes must be done during the same month.
*New for 2020* – If you earned a Feat of Strength badge in 2019 and beat your total weight by more than 50lbs in 2020, you’ll get a free limited edition “Stronger” t-shirt.
Badge #5 – The Ironman Badge
Consistency equals results. Earn a badge by using your Mindbody key tag when you enter the gym so it logs your workouts. The more workouts you do, the more prizes you earn.
- Bronze – 156 Workouts (3 weekly for 52 weeks) – Ageless t-shirt
- Silver- 208 Workouts (4 weekly for 52 weeks) – Ageless long sleeve t-shirt
- Gold – 260 Workouts (5 Weekly for 52 weeks) – Ageless Hoody
- Ironman – 312 workouts (6 weekly for 52 weeks) Treadmill named after him/her
Badge #6 – The Paperboy Badge
Complete 4 of the races listed below in 2020 and earn a free limited edition t-shirt.
- Tour de Stooges
- St. Jacob Strawberry Ride
- Tour de Cure
- Route 66 Ride
- Tour de Donut
- Bike for Heroes
- Ice Cream Ride
- Pedal for Autism

Requirements: Take a photo before or after the bike event and post on an Ageless Facebook page and/or tag Ageless in the Instagram post
