Hold the turkey. Boy, do we have some Thanksgiving celebrations planned for you. It starts November 23rd with a dodgeball tournament, and ends November 24th at 9am with spin classes and bootcamps at both gyms. It’s going to be a gobble-wobble of a good time.

Burn the Bird Workout

- What: 60 minute bootcamp
- Who: FREE for everyone
- Misc: This is a BYOW event, meaning we want you to bring your own weight to the event. The catch – it has to be accepted by the Staunton Food pantry because your “weight” will be donated to the pantry after the event. Lightweight items include canned foods, diapers, cereal, and peanut butter. Heavyweight items include a gallon of water or a sack of potatoes.
**Special Edition “Burn the Bird” maroon tank tops ($12) OR t-shirts ($10) can be purchased prior to the event. Please stop by the front desk at Staunton to order one on or before November 21st.

Home for the Holidays Discount
For those of you under 24 years of age that are returning home for Thanksgiving break, purchase a “home for the holidays” pass for $10. The pass gives you access to either gym from 11/18-11/30. Passes will be available at BOTH locations.
