Your Safety Is Our Priority
At Ageless, we take your health very seriously. In fact, you can say that’s the core of our business - improving your health and happiness. So, we wanted you to know that we’re taking every precaution we can to ensure that our gym exceeds the standards put forth by the state and local health departments.
Below you will find our 3 prong approach to minimize your risk while working out at Ageless. Of course, we know this will be inconvenient at times. We will do everything in power to maintain a level of “normalcy” at the gym. However, we aren’t willing to trade convenience for your safety so please be patient with us.

Prevention
PPE Requirements
Masks will be required to enter the gym and worn during your workout. However, if exercising with a mask, especially during vigorous activity, puts you at risk for injury, or if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, you may remove the mask during exercise. If you forget your mask, we will be selling masks at the front desk.
Gloves are not required to be worn during your workout, but we will have them available at the front desk at no charge.
All staff members will be required to wear gloves and masks.
Health Declaration
All members will be required to sign a health pledge before each workout declaring that they have not had a fever or COVID-like symptoms in the last 21 days or been around someone that has.
Reduced Touchpoints
The gym check-in process has been removed. We also are highly recommending all gym purchases be made online via our website or by allowing us to charge your payment on file.
The water fountain will remain on, however we highly encourage all members to bring their own water bottles. Touch-free soap dispensers, paper towels, and sink faucets have been added to the bathroom. Touch-free hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the gym.
Sanitation
Limited 24/7 Access
Members who had active memberships before June 18th and had 24/7 access prior to closing will have their 24/7 keycards restored. Any new member or member who unfreezes his membership June 15th or later will only be allowed in the gym during staffed hours.
The gym will be completely closed on Wednesday nights from 9pm to Thursday morning at 3am for a deep cleaning. The gym will also be closed on Sunday evening from 8pm - to Monday morning at 3am for a deep cleaning. No access will be permitted during those times
Increased Sanitation Stations
Each member will get his own sanitation spray bottle filled with Medical-grade, EPA-registered disinfectants which are designated effective against the COVID-19 virus with a kill time of less than three minutes. Please use it to wipe down the equipment before and after use.
Extra touch-less hand sanitizer stations are distributed throughout the gym at all high traffic touch points. Please use it when entering and exiting the gym as well as during your workout.
Touch-free Additions
Touch-free soap dispensers, paper towels, and sink faucets have been added to the bathrooms. Touch-free hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the gym.
Disinfection Procedures
Even though our overall capacity and services will be limited, our staffing will actually be increased to maintain proper sanitation of the equipment.
Medical-grade, EPA-registered disinfectants which are designated effective against the COVID-19 virus with a kill time of less than three minutes will be used for all cleaning processes.
Commercial-grade electrostatic sprayers that provide 3x more coverage in the same amount of time than traditional efforts will be used during all disinfecting procedures by our staff. Commercial-grade carpet and mop steamers will be used to clean the flooring throughout the gym.
To maximize airflow, fans will be used throughout the gym. When appropriate, all windows and doors will also be open. Air purifying units will also be distributed in high traffic areas in the gym.
Our staff will spray all high traffic areas after every 90 minute training block and class as well as after the gym closes each night. On Sundays, the gym will be closed for a thorough deep-cleaning.
