The Complete Cardio-Strength Training Workout
Starting next Thursday at 6:30, we will be offering GluteCamp w/ Total Body Spin. The class will last approximately 60-70 minutes and include:
- 30 minutes of Total Body Spin utilizing the spin bikes and TRX straps.
- 30 minutes of free weight exercises that specifically target the glutes and attack them from every angle possible. This will be taught like a small group training session so that you learn how to do the exercises correctly and use enough weight to make a difference.
Class size will be limited to 24 participants. You will be required to sign up online just like a normal spin class. You do NOT have to participate in both sessions if you don’t want to. However, we can only accommodate 12 members per session (a total of 24 members for the class).
