CoEd Boxing Starts January 6th at Ageless
Several months ago we attended a fitness seminar, and one of the speakers who owns several female-only gyms on the East Coast raved about his boxing classes. He said they would fill up within an hour of posting them, and they quickly became more popular than his spin classes.
So, after several e-mail exchanges with him over the last month, we ordered some heavy bags, jump ropes, and boxing gloves. Everything was set except a coach. And then this guy shows up…
45 Minutes of Fist Pounding Fun
