SPORT: W10W3 Metabolic Hypertrophy II

  1. Kettlebell Front Squat x 5 reps
  2. Half Kneeling Landmine Press x 5 reps each side
  3. 300m Run

Repeat for as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. 

  1. Pull-ups x 5 reps
  2. Kettlebell Swings x 10 reps
  3. 250m Row

Repeat for as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

  1. Toe Touches x 20 reps
  2. Ab Wheel x 8 reps
  3. Dumbbell Lateral Raises Single Iso Holds x 8 reps

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes.
