Dear Ageless family,
Although it’s an announcement we hoped we wouldn’t have to make, we are temporarily closing our Ageless locations in Gillespie and Staunton starting Saturday, March 21st, at noon and plan to reopen on April 8th. Your health and safety are always our top priority and we believe this is the best plan to ensure the health of our communities.
We are here to support you at this time, so we are freezing all memberships. Whether you have 5 days or 50 days remaining on your membership at the time of this message, you will have the same amount of time with us when we reopen. Scheduled automatic renewals will be put on hold and will be reestablished when we reopen.
We promise you no days will be lost during this temporary closure.
While we will miss seeing you at the gym, we are still going to help you reach your goals with free daily workouts, nutrition guidance, and challenges. Customized plans are available for a small monthly fee including nutrition plans, home workout plans, and even rental equipment. Reach out to your facility if you are interested in any customized plans or equipment.
As we all navigate the weeks ahead, let’s continue to support each other like we would do in the facilities every day. Please call, email, or reach out to your facility on social media if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. Continue to check our social media pages, your email, and our website for future announcements.

Side note: Because there is a 3-4 day delay in autopay withdrawals, you may see a withdrawal from Ageless early next week if your payment was due within the last few days. Unfortunately, those payments are already being processed, and we cannot pause them. However, all future payments will be frozen.
