“The Injury” – The Office Season 2, Episode 12

Why this episode?

Because much like the George Foreman grill, this workout doesn’t look too dangerous. However, we all know what the George Foreman grill did to Michael’s foot. By the 3rd round, you may need a pair of crutches too… 

The Challenge:

  • 400m Run
  • 25 Kettlebell Swings (55lb for guys, 35lb for girls)
  • 10 Chins
  • 1200m Row

Repeat 3 rounds for time. 

How did you do?

  • Varsity – 38 minutes
  • Division I – 30 minutes
  • Pro – 27 minutes
  • Olympic  – 24 minutes
  • Not Human – 17 minutes
