Although the leaves haven’t fallen just yet, we’re already gearing up for a SPOOKtacular Haunted GloRun again this year.
Yes, you heard it correctly. We’re bringing back the Haunted GloRun to Ageless in Gillespie. And, it’s going to be bigger and better than the one we had last year, where thanks to you we were able to donate $2,000 to the Gillespie High School Skill Builder’s Club. Can you say, all-you-can-eat S’mores?
So, it doesn’t matter if you run like Frankenstein or consider yourself an experienced 5ker, this is the perfect race for you to relax, dress up (not necessary though), and have fun running with friends and family. If you’re looking for your first 5k, this is it! Or, if you’re looking for a race to run with the kiddos, our 1 mile fun run led by the Ageless superheroes will be a race your whole family can enjoy.
And best of all, every single dollar made and donated will go towards the GHS Skillbuilder’s Club again!
The details:
- When: 5:00pm Saturday, October 27th
- Where: Ageless in Gillespie
- What: Haunted 5k GloRun and 1 Mile Superhero Fun Run
- Cost: $20 for participants 12 years and over. Free for participants under 12 years with a paid adult.
- What’s included: Water, a limited edition Haunted GloRun t-shirt, all-you-can-eat S’mores, and a trick or treat bag full of sugar for the kids.
- Prizes: 1st place overall male and female will receive a spooky, ooky prize.
You must register by October 21st to receive a free t-shirt.
Additional t-shirts can be purchased for $7.
Halloween costumes are optional. Clothing is not.
