This past weekend we had our monthly meeting of the minds with our team. After solving many of the world’s most dire problems, we had time to discuss the March schedule. We will have a few changes/new items planned.
Ageless in Gillespie:
- Amber’s bootcamp will be moved to Tuesday nights at 6:30pm. It will be during Total Body Spin. We have not decided if it will be two separate classes or one class with two parts similar to Glutecamp with Total Body Spin. Thoughts?
- GloKick will continue to be on Wednesday nights. HOWEVER, we are adding Piloxing to it. So it will be a combo class. It will start at 6:30 and end around 7:45.
- We are hoping to have another nutrition/weight loss seminar. We have a nurse practitioner from the Peoria area who specializes in bio-identical hormones and supplements that is interested in speaking. He’s been practicing for over 10 years, and just recently opened his second office in Iowa. His patients range from celebrities to professional athletes to middle-aged women suffering from menopause. He’s extremely passionate about fitness and preventative medicine.
- We will be partnering with Drew Ford for a 5k on April 5th. Details to come.
- We will also be doing another Spin-a-thon on March 29th. Details to come.
