FUNdamental Movement Training for Young Athletes, formerly Jr. Spartacus, is back.

  • Time:  5:30pm
  • Price: $40 for the 6 week program

Info:

In our FUNdamental Movement for Young Athletes Program we will work on strength, speed, agility (reaction and change of direction), and flexibility.  For the first 30 minutes of each session the participants will be broken into 2 groups to work on strength.  To finish, we will combine both groups to work on speed and agility drills.  The goal of the program is to improve your child’s performance and confidence on the athletic field.
