What is better than a bootcamp? A bootcamp that makes you carry a pumpkin for the entire workout.

Yes, you heard that right. Bring a pumpkin to the workout, and that will be the weight for your entire workout. You’ll lunge, squat, press, run, and carry your pumpkin for the entire 60 minutes.  If you make it through the entire class without dropping your pumpkin, you can celebrate your victory with a pumpkin smash.

And yes, we will judge you by the size of the pumpkin you bring.

The details:

When: Friday, October 28th at 5:30pm at Ageless-Staunton

Who: ANYONE! Members and non-members over the age of 13.

Cost: FREE if you don’t want an event shirt or $10 if you do want an event shirt. Register by October 26 if you want a shirt.

Requirements: Must bring a pumpkin of any size. At the end of the class, you can smash it or take it home.
