We have a simple philosophy when it comes to the off-season – Champions don’t have one.

We offer the following activities for middle school and high school athletes:

Middle School Kids

  1. Speed and Agility Camp for middle school boys and girls on Mondays and Wednesdays 9am-11am starting June 2nd at A2 in Staunton. Click here for more information.
  2. Killer Crossover Dribbling Camp for middle school and high school boys and girls on Tuesday evenings 7:30-8:30pm at Ageless in Gillespie. Sold out. Click here for more information. Click here to for more information or to be added to the waiting list.
  3. Shooting Fundamentals Camp for middle school and high school boys and girls on Monday evenings 7:30-8:30pm at Ageless in Gillespie. Sold out. Click here for more information or to be added to the waiting list.

We’re FMS level I certified and have the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. We’ve written training articles for Fight! magazine, Ihoops.com, and Stack.com.
  3. The tools and the techniques you need to become an AthFreak- We’re one of the most equipped gyms in Central Illinois. We have the best assessment tools (Just Jump mat, CardioCoach Vo2 trainer, FMS kit, and more) as well as the best training tools (squat racks, sleds, TRX Rip Trainers, WoodWay Force treadmill, kettlebells, and more).  We have the perfect lab to create the ultimate athlete.
