Located the building that was formerly known as 5 Star Auto
1. It will be open 24 hours.
It’s a ll about convenience. If the gym isn’t open when you’re ready to exercise, what good is a membership? Just like in Gillespie, Ageless 2 will be open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. All you need is a keycard that costs $10 (just a one-time fee). And if you’re uncomfortable working out alone at night, don’t worry. We’ll have multiple cameras that monitor and record the gym 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
The front desk will be staffed:
- Monday 9am – noon, 3pm – 7pm
- Tuesday 9am – noon, 3pm – 7pm
- Wednesday 9am – noon, 3pm -7pm
- Thursday 9am – noon, 3pm 7pm
- Friday 9am – noon, 3pm – 5pm
- Saturday 9am – noon
2. You will have access to our Gillespie gym too.
Our membership prices include access to BOTH locations. Because we use the same computer software at both locations, we’ll know if you’re already a member of Ageless no matter what gym you sign up at. No hassle. No fuss.
Can’t make the GloKick class in Staunton? No worries. We’ll offer another one on a different night in Gillespie. Spin class full in Gillespie? No worries. See if Staunton has an opening in its class.
3. We will have classes including spinning, GloKick, Piloxing, bootcamps, and more.
Some of our classes are so popular we literally cannot fit the entire class into our basketball court area in Gillespie. So instead of expanding in Gillespie, we figured we’d just add a room for classes in Staunton to hopefully alleviate the overflow.
So, we will be building a wall that separates the Staunton gym into two sections: 1) One section will contain the machine circuit, free weights, and cardio machines. 2) The second section will be for the classes. We’ll also have a separate spin room too.
You can see class descriptions by clicking here.
4. We will be offering personal training at the Staunton location.
After a 12 month hiatus, we just restarted our one-on-one and small group (4 or less) training in Gillespie October 1st. Within 4 days, our evening slots were full. We’ve already hired another trainer so we can offer the same personal training in Staunton. So if you need help, we’ll be there for you!

5. We will open by December
Although it may not look like it’s possible, our goal is to be open December 1st. The equipment has already been ordered, and we’re starting on remodeling the interior this weekend. If he hit a couple of snags, we may push it back to Christmas break. However, we’re going to do everything in our power to have it COMPLETELY remodeled by the end of November so we can open the doors December 1st. We’ll let you know as we get closer to the scheduled date if anything changes.
