We will learn the next step of the Get Ups and do a dynamic warmup routine at the beginning of class.

Rounds are 45 seconds, 30 seconds, 15 seconds.  Rest periods are 30 seconds.

Plank Series

  1. Plank
  2. Side Plank with Weight – complete round on both sides
  3. Bird Dog – complete round on both sides
  4. High Plank 2 Point
  5. Get Up Hand Post – complete round on both sides

 

Legs

  1. Goblet Squat
  2. Weighted Lunge Stepping Off Plate
  3. Single Leg Wall Sit
  4. Burpee Jax
  5. Partner Band Resisted Stationary Forward Lunges

 

Finisher

  •  Squat Jump – 30 on, 20 off
  • Upper Cuts – 30 on, 20 off
